Abstract

  • Sumatera Selatan Province in March 2022 experienced inflation of 0.69 percent, Inflation for the 2022 Calendar Year (cumulative) until March 2022 was 1.61 percent. “Year on Year” Annual Inflation (March 2022 to March 2021) of 2.96 percent. The dominant commodities that caused inflation in March 2022 in South Sumatra, namely: red chili, broiler meat, broiler eggs, household fuel, and shallots which experienced an increase in prices compared to the average price in February 2022
  • Palembang City in March 2022 experienced inflation of 0.70 percent, Inflation for the 2022 Calendar Year (cumulative) until March 2022 was 1.63 percent. “Year on Year” Annual Inflation (March 2022 to March 2021) of 2.97 percent
  • Lubuk Linggau City in March 2022 experienced inflation of 0.66 percent, Inflation for the 2022 Calendar Year (cumulative) until March 2022 was 1.45 percent. “Year on Year” Annual Inflation (March 2022 to March 2021) of 2.93 percent
  • Indonesia in March 2022, based on price monitoring during March 2022 in 90 CPI cities, showed that 88 CPI cities experienced inflation, while 2 cities experienced deflation. The highest inflation occurred in Merauke City at 1.86 percent, the lowest was in Kupang City, at 0.09 percent. The highest deflation occurred in Tual City at 0.27 percent, the lowest occurred in Kendari at 0.07 percent
