Abstract

The export value of South Sumatra Province in September 2012 was US $ 343.90 million consisting of oil and gas exports amounting to US $ 51.17 million and US $ 292.74 from non-oil commodity exports. The value of non-oil exports in September 2012 decreased by US $ 45.30 million from August 2012.

The United States, China and Malaysia are still the main destination countries for South Sumatra's exports, during January - September 2012 reaching US $ 715.35 million, US $ 678.01 million and US $ 668.62 million, respectively, with the roles of the three reaching 60.73 percent of total exports in January-September 2012.
