Abstract

• Farmers Exchange Rate of South Sumatera Province in December 2017 was recorded at 95.98 or decreased by 0.71 percent compared to NTP in the previous month, the decrease of NTP was influenced by the increase of the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) of 0.09 percent, compared with an increase in the Paid Price Index of Farmers (Ib) of 0.80 percent.
• In December 2017 the increase of NTP occurred in food crop sub-sector 0.55 percent, horticulture 0.26 percent, fishery 0.09 percent and aquaculture 0.76 percent. And the decrease in NTP occurred in the estate crop sub-sector by 1.83 percent, livestock 0.65 percent, and capture fishery 0.59 percent.
