Palembang City Economic Growth in 2022

Palembang City's economy in 2022 compared to 2021 will experience a growth of 5.25 percent. Growth occurred in 15 (fifteen) business fields, while contraction occurred in 2 (two) business fields. The Business Field of Providing Accommodation and Food and Drink experienced the highest growth of 14.53 percent, followed by Transportation and Warehousing which experienced growth of 11.30 percent and Wholesale and Retail Trade; Car and Motorcycle Repairs by 7.26 percent. Meanwhile, the business fields that experienced the highest contraction were Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries by 1.97 percent.
