Abstract

Sumatera Selatan's NTP in September 2022 fell 6.24 percent compared to the previous month, from 105.91 to only 99.31.

The decline in NTP in September 2022 was influenced by the decline in NTP in almost all sub-sectors; Food Crops by 0.75 percent; Horticulture 3.48 percent; Plantation 8.10 percent; Livestock 0.77 percent and Capture Fisheries 0.09 percent. Meanwhile, the Fisheries and Aquaculture sub-sectors experienced an increase of 0.36 and 0.96 percent, respectively.

In September 2022, the province of Sumatera Selatan experienced rural inflation of 1.50 percent.

The Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) for the province of Sumatera Selatan in September 2022 was 97.31, down 7.19 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP.
