The Development of the Consumer Price Index/Urban Inflation of Palembang City April 2022

Palembang City in April 2022 experienced inflation of 0.96 percent, Inflation for the 2022 Calendar Year (cumulative) from January to April 2022 was 2.61 percent. “Year on Year” Annual Inflation (April 2022 to April 2021) was 3.61 percent. The dominant commodities that caused inflation in April 2022 in Palembang City were, among others: cooking oil, air transportation, and broiler eggs, which experienced an increase in prices compared to the average price in March 2022.
