Abstract
The
South Sumatra Province Farmers Exchange Rate (NTP) in March 2021 was recorded
at 104.99, an increase of 2.91 percent over the previous month's NTP. The
increase in NTP was influenced by the Price Index Received by Farmers (It)
which increased by an average of 3.12 percent, while the average Index Paid by
Farmers (Ib) only increased by 0.20 percent.
The
increase in NTP in March 2021 was influenced by the relatively high NTP
increase in the Plantation sub-sector by 4.59 percent and the Animal Husbandry
sub-sector by 0.51 percent. Meanwhile, the sub-sectors that experienced a
decline were Food Crops by 1.94 percent, Horticulture 0.64 percent, Fisheries
in general 0.74 percent, Capture Fisheries 0.08 percent and Cultivation
Fisheries 1.71 percent.
In March 2021, in South Sumatra, rural
inflation of 0.17 percent occurred due to the increase in the average index
price in the Food, Beverages and Tobacco expenditure group which rose by 0.23
percent, Clothing and Footwear by 0.15 percent, Housing, Water, Electricity and
Household Fuels 0.24 percent, Equipment, Equipment and Household Routine
Maintenance 0.56 percent, health 0.14 percent, Information, Communication and
Financial Services 0.02 percent, Recreation, Sports and Culture 0.06 percent and
Food and Beverage / Restaurant Provision 0.01 percent. Meanwhile, the group
that experienced a decline were the transportation group by 0.18 percent and
Personal Care and Other Services by 0.02 percent.
South Sumatra Agricultural Household Business
Exchange Rate (NTUP) in March 2021 amounted to 105.77 or an increase of 2.80
percent compared to NTUP in the previous month.
