Abstract

  • The amount of GRDP based on current prices in the second quarter of 2011 reached Rp. 45.37 trillion with oil and gas and without oil and gas Rp. 31.74 trillion while the GRDP at constant prices 2000 in the same quarter of Rp. 16.76 trillion with oil and gas and without oil and gas Rp.13.36 trillion
  • In the second quarter of 2011, three sectors that experienced quite high growth (q to q) is the agricultural sector 10.6 percent, the construction sector 5.4 percent and the electricity, gas and water sector 4.2 percent clean. Meanwhile year on year (y on y) growth is quite high, namely the sector buildings 13.4 percent, the transportation and communication sector grew 10.0 percent, and the sector finance, leasing and business services grew by 7.9 percent
  • On the usage side, the usage component whose growth (y on y) is above 10 percent namely exports (13.23 percent), PMTDB (12.76 percent), imports (12.51 percent) and consumption government (10.67 percent). This high growth shows the economy of Sumatra South which began expansive
